When Eileen was in high school she noticed that people would often say, “Ask Eileen, she knows everything”. But she knew she didn’t really, so after navigating through the course schedule for a few years to find the most interesting classes the University of Texas had to offer, she eventually graduated with degrees in Art History and Asian Studies.
Besides being a seasoned veteran of the Austin market, she also has a genuine passion for houses, historic Austin, and has done several impressive remodels herself. We could not have been in better hands.
What can you do with an art history degree? Well, you work in the music business, of course. And we all know that story, right? So in 2003, Eileen got to work on her real estate license.
Immediately she was a top producer in Austin, working hard to help people find their dream homes in Austin or sell their homes for top dollar. All the years spent marketing musicians, widgets, and other companies’ services combined with the stress of contracts and tight time lines all fed into her success as a Realtor®.
With 11 plus years of experience and hundreds of sales, Eileen brings you The Gill Agency–a group of like-minded, super-smart, professional agents who want to help you with the biggest purchase or sale of your life.
Eileen is part of an elite group of Real Estate professionals! Only 1% of REALTORS nationwide hold the 3 big designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Eileen was awarded Platinum Top 50 REALTORS of Austin for 2015 and has also earned the coveted Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.
A 33 year Austinite, Eileen lives with her husband and rescue dog (Senor Pepe) in Aldridge Place where she spends her free time cooking, entertaining and renovating her 1920s home.
